【摘要】:1.1ThisdocumentappliestoconcretecompactorsandsmoothingmachinesasdefinedinClause3andillus-tratedinAnnexAandAnnexB.Thisstandardalsoappliesforhand-heldmotor-operatedconcretevibratorsasdefinedinEN60745-2-12:2003,butwiththeadditionalsafetyrequirementsforelectronicallycontrolledsystemsasdefinedinthisstandard(see5.2.1.2).1.2Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithauxiliaryequipmentwhichprovidestheenergyforinternalandexternalvibrators,e.g.aircompressors,hydraulicpowersourcesandvoltagetransformers.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoremote-controlledorportablesmoothingmachinesandself-acting(robotic)smoothingmachines.1.3Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoconcretecom-pactorsandsmoothingmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanu-facturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Thisstandardalsoincludesmeasurestoconsiderreasonablyforeseeablemisuse.1.4ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
