【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureformeasuringthesonicvelocityinmanufacturedcarbonandgraphitematerialshavingagrainsizelessthan0.80mm(1/32in.).ThesonicvelocitycanbeusedtoobtainanapproximatevalueforYoung'smodulus.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
