【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliestomachinesforsurfacecleaningandpre-treatment–inthefollowingcalled"cleaningmachines"–ofindustrialitemsusingliquidsorvapours,i.e.stationarymachinesandrelatedequipmentforautomatedandmanualcleaningandpre-treatmentprocesses.NOTECleaningmachinesareoperatedwithorwithoutheating,forexampleasdippingorsprayingorvapourcondensationprocess,whereadditionalusingofultrasoundispossible.Thesecleaningmachinescouldbedesignedassingle-zoneormulti-zonemachine,chambermachines,drumcleaningmachine,lowlifttruckmachines,roundtimemachinesortunnel(continuous)machines.Totheextentofthisdocument,cleaningmachinesforindustrialitemsareconsideredasanassemblyofthefollowingequipment:?pump(s)and/orothermechanicalsystemofagitation,recirculationandsprayingofcleaningliquid;?forcedventilationsystem;?heatingsystemwithtemperaturecontrol;?condensationsystem;?filtrationandseparationsystemand/orsolidparticlesextractionfromtheliquid;?conveyorand/orhandlingsystemfortheitemstobeprocessed;?producthandlingsystemsandreciprocatorswhicharepartofthecleaningmachine;?controland/ormonitoringsystems;?liquidhandlingsystem.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththecommonsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocleaningmachinesforindustrialitemsusingliquidsorvapourswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThispartofthestandarddefinesthecommonsafetyrequirementsforallkindsofcleaningmachinesforindustrialitemsusingliquidsorvapoursandrelatedcommondevicesandshouldbeusedinconnectionwithotherpartsoftheEN12921-series.Thespecificrequirementsspecifiedinpart2andfollowingpartsofEN12921takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsinEN12921.NOTEInaddition,whereacleaningmachineisnotcoveredbyaspecificpartofthisdocument,part1ofEN12921canbeusedtoestablishtheapproachfordealingwiththerelevantrisks.Specifichazardswhicharerelatedtothetypeofcleaningliquidusedaredealtwithinthefollowingdocuments:?EN12921-2forwaterbasedcleaningliquids;?EN12921-3forflammablecleaningliquids;?prEN12921-4forhalogenatedsolvents.1.3!Thisstandardisnotapplicabletomachinesfor:?mobileportablecleaning,?highpressurecleaningwithhighpressurewaterjetaccordingtoprEN1829-1,?conveyordishwashingaccordingtoEN50416,?surfacecleaningemployingliquidsaccordingtoEN60335-2-54,?commercialelectricdishwashingaccordingtoEN60335-2-58,?cleaningwithhighpressureandsteamaccordingtoEN60335-2-79,?plasmacleaning,?mechanicalblasting,?thermalcleaning,?dryingprocesses,?cleaningoftextilesorclothes,?foodprocessing.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletothefollowingequipment:?loadingandunloadingsystems,?automaticsystems,e.g.robotsascoveredbyENISO10218-1,?centrifugesascoveredbyEN12547,?pumpsandpumpunitsforliquidsascoveredbyEN809."1.4ThisstandardisnotapplicabletocleaningmachinesforindustrialitemswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforcharacterizingthedynamicbehaviourofthestructureofatrackrelativetoitscontributiontothesoundradiationassociatedwiththerollingnoise.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodfor:a)acquiringdataonmechanicalfrequencyresponsefunctionsonatrack;b)processingmeasurementdatainordertocalculateanestimateofthevibrationdecayratesalongtherailsinanaudiblefrequencyrangeassociatedwiththerollingnoise;c)presentingthisestimateforcomparisonwiththelowerlimitsofthedecayrates.Itisapplicableforevaluatingtheperformanceofsectionsofreferencetracksformeasuringrailwayvehiclenoisewithintheframeworkofofficialapprovaltests.Themethodisnotapplicableforcharacterizingthevibrationbehaviouroftracksonloadbearingstructuressuchasbridgesorembankments.
