【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifieslaboratorytestsformeasuringthestructuralcharacteristicsof,andgivesperformancerequirementsinarepresentativetestfor,falling-objectprotectivestructures(FOPS)intendedforuseonride-onearth-movingmachinesasdefinedinISO6165.ItisapplicabletobothFOPSsuppliedasanintegralpartofthemachineandthosesuppliedseparatelyforattachmenttothemachine.ItisnotintendedtoapplytoFOPSintendedforuseonlandfillcompactors,excavators,rollers,trenchers,pipelayers,fortheadditionalseatforoperationofanattachment(e.g.attachmentbackhoe),oronmachineswithapowerratingoflessthan15kW.NOTEThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedtoprovideguidancetothemanufacturersofroll-overorfalling-objectprotectivestructuresshoulditbedecidedtoprovidesuchprotectionfortheseorothermachinesforaparticularapplication.
