【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoverstherequirementthaturbansearchandrescuerobotsandallnecessaryassociatedcomponentsorequipment(forexample,operatorcontrolstation,powersources,spareparts,sensors,manipulators,tools,andsoforth)shallcomplementtheresponseorganizationscachepackagingandtransportationsystems.1.2Shipmentbyground,air,ormarineshouldbeconsidered.1.3Volume,weight,shippingclassification,anddeployabilityoftherobotsandassociatedcomponentsareconsideredinthispractice.1.3.1Thedeployabilityisconsideredthroughthedeterminationof:Thelengthoftimerequiredtopreparetherobotsystemfordeployment,andThetypesoftoolsrequiredforservicingtherobotsysteminthefield.1.3.2Associatedcomponentsorequipmentincludenotonlyalltheonboardsensors,tethers,andoperatorcontrolstation,butalsoanysparepartsandspecializedtoolsneededforassembly,disassembly,andfieldservicing.1.3.3Associatedcomponentsalsoincludepowerequipmentnecessaryfortheoperationofthesystem,suchasbatteries,chargers,andpowerconverters.Gasoline,diesel,orothertypesofliquidfuelarenotincluded.1.4Thepackageditemsshallsupporttheoperationalavailabilityoftherobotduringadeploymentofuptotendays.Thereshallbenoresupplywithinthefirst72hofdeployment.1.5Nosuchstandardscurrentlyexistexceptforthoserelevanttoshipping(forexample,CFRTitle49andInternationalAirTransportAssociation(IATA)documents).1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
