【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversproceduresforreducingthesusceptibilityordegreeofsusceptibilitytohydrogenembrittlementordegradationthatmayariseinelectroplating,autocatalyticplating,porcelainenameling,chemicalconversioncoating,andphosphatingandtheassociatedpretreatmentprocesses.Thisspecificationisapplicabletothosesteelswhosepropertiesarenotaffectedadverselybybakingat190to230176;Corhigher(see6.1.1).1.2Theheattreatmentproceduresestablishedhereinhavebeenshowntobeeffectiveforreducingthesusceptibilityofsteelpartsoftensilestrength1000MPaorgreaterthathavebeenmachined,ground,cold-formed,orcold-straightenedsubsequenttoheattreatment.Thisheat-treatmentprocedureisusedpriortoanyoperationcapableofhydrogenchargingtheparts,suchasthecleaningprocedurespriortoelectroplating,autocatalyticplating,porcelainenameling,andotherchemicalcoatingoperations.Note1-1MPa=145.1psi.1.3ThisspecificationhasbeencoordinatedwithISO/DIS9587andistechnicallyequivalent.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
