【摘要】:SignificanceandUse:Limitationsonformaldehydeconcentrationsinairhavebeenestablishedforsomebuildingproductspermanentlyinstalledinmanufacturedandconventionalhomes.Thistestmethodprovidesastandardmeansoftestingtypicalproductsizes,suchas1.2by2.4m(4by8ft)sheets,atproductloadingsconsistentwithproductenduse.SummaryofTestMethod:Thistestmethodincorporatesachamberof22m3(800ft3)minimumsizetoevaluateformaldehydeconcentrationsinairandemissionratesfrombuildingproductsoveraspecifieddurationoftime.Thistestmethodemploysasinglesetofenvironmentalconditionsbutdifferentproductloadingratiostoassessformaldehydeconcentrationsinairandemissionratesfromcertainwoodproducts.Conditionscontrolledintheprocedureareasfollows:Conditioningofspecimenspriortotesting,Exposedsurfaceareaofthespecimensinthetestchamber,Testchambertemperatureandrelativehumidity,Numberofairchangesperhour,andAircirculationwithinthechamber.Attheendofa16to20-hperiodinthetestchamber,theairissampledandtheconcentrationofformaldehydeinairandemissionratearedetermined.Note38212;Caremustbeexercisedintheextensionoftheresultstoformaldehydeconcentrationsinairandemissionratesfromproductsunderdifferentconditionsofairchangerateorloadingratio,orboth.1.1Thistestmethodmeasurestheformaldehydeconcentrationinairandemissionratefromwoodproductscontainingformaldehydeunderconditionsdesignedtosimulateproductuse(see11.5andNote9).Theconcentrationinairandemissionrateisdeterminedinalargechamberunderspecifictestconditionsoftemperatureandrelativehumidity.Thegeneralproceduresarealsointendedfortestingproductcombinationsatproduct-loadingratiosandatair-exchangeratestypicaloftheindoorenvironment(1).Theproductstested,theloadingratiosandtheairexchangeratesemployedaredescribedinthetestreport.1.2Thistestmethoddeterminestheaverageformaldehydeconcentrationinairandemissionratefromanumberoflargesizesamples.Theaverageconcentrationandemissionratereported,thus,willnotprovideinformationonhigherorloweremittingpanelsinthetestlot.1.3Thismethodisprimarilyusedfortestingnewlymanufacturedpanelproductsthatareshippedfortestingeitherseal-wrappedinpolyethyleneorwithwastersheets,orwithboth.Whenthistestmethodisusedforevaluatingotherthannewlymanufacturedpanelproducts(afteroriginalapplication,installationoruse),themethodofpackagingandshippingtheproductfortestingshallbedescribedinthetestreport.1.4ThequantityofformaldehydeintheairsampletakenfromthechamberisdeterminedbyanadaptationoftheNationalInstituteforOccupationalSafetyandHealth(NIOSH)chromotropicacidtestprocedure.Ifanotheranalyticalprocedureisusedtodeterminethequantityofformaldehydeintheairsample,thatprocedureshallgiveresultsofequivalentorgreateraccuracyandprecisionthantheadaptedchromotropicacidprocedure.Detailedproceduresbasedonacetylacetone,pararosaniline(seeTestMethod),2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)(seeTestMethodD5197)and3-methyl-2-benzothiazoline(MBTH)(seeTestMethod【英文标准名称】:Specificationsforparticulartypesofwindingwires.Part14:polyvinylacetalenamelledroundaluminiumwire,class105.
